Baked Scottish black pudding, red wine poached pear and Mrs B’s Chinese plum sauce

Pressing of hot and cold smoked salmon, lemon puree and celeriac remoulade
Butternut squash carpaccio with crumbled feta and pomegranate molasses

Wild mushroom and pearl barley risotto with crushed chestnuts and fresh parmesan
Cranberry and chestnut crusted salmon with buttery new potatoes and caper beurre blanc
